About Lisa M. Nousek

Lisa M. Nousek has established herself as a prominent attorney in the area of complex civil litigation. After completing a bachelor of arts with magna cum laude honors from Harvard University, she pursued a JD at the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review. Upon graduating from law school, Lisa M. Nousek completed a one-year federal appellate judicial clerkship with Judge Steven Colloton of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Today, Ms. Nousek serves as a partner in the Armonk, New York, offices of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP. She focuses her legal practice on several aspects of complex civil litigation, including product liability and securities fraud. In addition, she takes on a number of pro bono cases, including the representation of a disabled veteran in a lawsuit involving his landlord.

Lisa M. Nousek is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Ninth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.
